From my teenage years, I started to question why I was experiencing so much fear. The search to find help began along with my need to express this visually.

The search has taken me through psychology, philosophy, self-help, martial arts, consciousness, quantum mechanics, Christian mysticism, Advaita Vedanta and the things I was told would make me happy, the perfect relationship, money, and success. Finally finding and accepting A Course in Miracles as my way to heal.

I know now that what I really wanted, to feel love and to be free, was not available from where I was looking. I had to go on an inward re-discovery of what I am.  I am beginning to remember.
